Health Care Assistant, in the Mansfield area of Nottingham, TPSG2910

This position is supporting a female in the Mansfield area of NOTTINGHAM.

Our client is a lady who has 10 hour’s day time support at home.  With a family of 4, the home environment can be busy and full of fun and laughs, but also has it’s calm and quiet time. The main focus of your role will be to support our lady with all personal and household daily living tasks and coordinating family activities such as baking, jigsaws, arts and crafts within the home environment   You will also support with accessing the community, you will need to help navigate an electric wheel chair and keep our client safe.   You will be joining a team of Health Care Assistants who support our client with everyday living tasks such as personal care, feeding, meal planning/preparation, shopping, children’s activities, cleaning, laundry and all other household tasks.

Rosekel are looking to recruit a female Personal Assistant with bubbly personality. Knowledge or an understanding of Muscular Dystrophy would be an advantage.  You must demonstrate initiative, confidence, professional boundaries and promote healthy eating.  If you have 3 years’ plus experience within either a care or childcare environment it would be an advantage.  The role offer is 20 permanent contracted hours per week, with additional hours being offered during periods of holiday and sick leave. Training will be provided for the appointable candidates, including Emergency First Aid.

Working Hours 10 hour shifts on a Wednesday and either a Thursday or Friday 7am to 6pm with one hour for lunch

Hourly Rate - £12.45

5.6 weeks pro rata holiday allowance and pension
