Carer Personal Assistant Direct Payment, NG8 Nottingham, NOTJE1410

This position is supporting a female in the NG8 area of NOTTINGHAM

I am an outgoing, bubbly lady who 30-years-young and loves trips into town the theatre and restaurants.  My two favourite shows are Dirty Dancing and Hamilton.  I love to read and laugh loads.

I have Spina Bifida and Hydro Cephalus, therefore I am looking for 3 female care assistants to support me to live independently.  You must be friendly, caring, discreet, and reliable.  The role is to provide personal care, transfer using a hoist (training provided), prepare meals, clean, iron and assist in accessing community activities, trips into town, and visits to the theatre and further afield. A full driving licence is essential, and you must be willing to drive my car.

Your approach to support must be ‘person centred’ and flexible.  You will have great communication skills, an excellent sense of humour and be organised.

Hours – various shift patterns available please advise when applying what hours/days you would like to work  77 hours per week split between 3 personal assistants

Monday to Sunday 10am to 11am double up

8pm to 9pm single call

Support is extended on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday 10am to 5pm (times and days can be negotiable) single call

Hourly Rate - £10.76 per hour

This is a permanent contract.
